Drywall dust is the finest material on a job site, and it does not stay where the sweeping stopped. It sits on top of door frames, inside window tracks, on the upper face of ductwork, in light coves, behind toilets, under cabinet toe-kicks, and in the fins of every diffuser. Clean a space once and it looks finished; run the HVAC for an hour and a grey film reappears on every horizontal surface. That is why real post-construction cleaning is phased rather than a single pass — and why a general contractor who schedules only one clean ends up paying for a re-clean two days before the walk-through.
Cascade Clean Group runs post-construction work in phases matched to your build schedule: a rough clean once the heavy trades are out, a final detail clean after paint, flooring, and fixtures are complete, and a touch-up clean immediately before punch walk or tenant occupancy. Each phase has its own checklist and its own crew loading, and we coordinate around trades still on site so we are not cleaning surfaces that are about to be cut, caulked, or painted again.
We have handled tenant improvements, restaurant and retail build-outs, medical fit-outs, warehouse turnovers, and multi-family projects across Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma and the surrounding cities for more than ten years. Post-construction is a one-time project with a $500 project minimum, priced by square footage and scope after the site walk.
