Questions we get asked
Is the first 2,000 sq ft really free?
Yes. For a qualifying commercial move-in, the first 2,000 cleanable square feet are provided at no charge. There is no cash value and the offer cannot be combined with another introductory offer.
What happens if our space is larger than 2,000 sq ft?
The first 2,000 sq ft remain free. We inspect the space and quote only the cleaning beyond that allowance based on its condition and scope.
Do I have to sign a recurring cleaning contract?
No. You only agree to let Cascade Clean Group be the first company to quote the recurring cleaning after move-in. You remain free to accept or decline the quote.
What kinds of moves qualify?
New construction, remodeled or renovated commercial spaces, and businesses moving into an existing commercial suite may apply. Residential moves do not qualify.
