Applications are reviewed in the order received. If this week is claimed, you stay in line for the next opening — nobody gets dropped.

We deep clean it, you review it
Our crew performs a full deep clean at no cost. Afterward, you leave an honest review of what you saw.
What a deep clean covers
- Full restroom detail and disinfection — fixtures, partitions, grout lines
- Hard floor scrub and machine finish where applicable
- Carpet vacuum plus spot extraction on traffic lanes
- High and low dusting: vents, sills, baseboards, ledges
- Interior glass, entry doors, and partition glass
- Breakroom and kitchen degrease — appliance exteriors, sinks, counters
- High-touch disinfection: switches, handles, rails, shared surfaces
- Trash removal and liner replacement throughout
Who qualifies
- • Commercial facilities only — offices, clinics, retail, gyms, dealerships, industrial, multifamily common areas.
- • Up to 5,000 sq ft qualifies for the fully free deep clean. Larger facilities are offered 25% off their first deep clean instead.
- • Inside our service area: Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma and surrounding cities.
- • One free deep clean per business.
- • Scheduling is subject to crew availability; evenings and weekends welcome.
- • Awarded at our discretion — this is marketing spend, not a contract.
Questions we get asked
Is the free deep clean really free?
Yes. There is no charge, no card on file, and no obligation to hire us afterward. We treat it as marketing spend: you get a deep clean, we get an honest review and the chance to show you what our crews do.
Why only one per week?
So our team can do it properly. One giveaway per week means the crew has the hours to complete a genuine deep clean rather than a rushed pass. As we grow, we plan to open up more slots each week.
What if this week's slot is already taken?
You join the waitlist for the next opening and we tell you your position in line. Slots move weekly, so most applicants hear back within a couple of weeks.
What size facilities qualify?
Facilities up to 5,000 sq ft qualify for the fully free deep clean. Larger buildings still apply — we offer 25% off the first deep clean instead, since a bigger job takes multiple crew nights.
Am I required to leave a review?
We ask for an honest review, whatever it says. We don't script it and we don't ask you to remove it. If we didn't earn a good one, we'd rather know.
Do I have to sign a service agreement?
No. No contract, no recurring commitment. If you like the work and want ongoing janitorial, we'll quote it — but that's entirely your call.
